Why did an alarm not go off?
Check notification permission first. HiBart schedules one reminder per task, and current-minute saves should be moved to the next schedulable minute.
Can HiBart use Critical Alerts?
Apple did not approve Critical Alerts for general task reminders. HiBart uses standard notification behavior and avoids repeated notification spam.
Where are BART widgets?
iOS has BART-led widgets for Today, Thought, Momentum, and Focus. If previews look cached, open HiBart once or re-add the widget.
Why does Pro not show immediately?
Pro can come from App Store purchases or admin-granted access. Restore purchases or restart after a fresh admin grant if the badge has not synced.
How do I create my first task?
Tap the mic and say it, or type it in the BART bar. "Call mom at 6" becomes a scheduled task instantly — no forms, no menus.
Which platforms does HiBart run on?
iOS, Android, and the Web App — all synced in real time. Create a task on your phone and it appears in the browser within seconds.
Does BART understand mixed languages?
Yes. Hinglish-style phrasing like "kal gym jaana hai" works. BART extracts the action and the time regardless of how you phrase it.
BART parsed my task wrong. Now what?
Tap any parsed task to edit it before saving. If it keeps happening with a phrase, send it via Feedback — real transcripts are how the parser improves.
Does voice work offline?
Yes — if BART can't reach the cloud, it falls back to on-device speech recognition and a local parser. Tasks may be slightly less polished but nothing is lost.
My tasks aren't syncing between devices.
Make sure you're signed in with the same account on both devices. Sync is real-time when online; offline changes merge as soon as you reconnect.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Account → Delete Account removes your profile and all synced data. See the Privacy Policy for exact retention windows.
How long can a meeting recording be?
Record as long as the meeting runs — BART processes it in chunks. Longer meetings just take a little more time to summarize.
