By downloading, installing, or using HiBart ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
HiBart is an AI-powered task management application designed to help users:
- Create and manage tasks through voice or text input
- Track habits and focus sessions
- Receive intelligent reminders and suggestions
- Interact with BART, an AI assistant character
2. Eligibility
To use HiBart, you must be:
- At least 13 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use HiBart for personal productivity. You must not use the App for illegal purposes, reverse engineer it, or attempt to harm the service.
5. Intellectual Property
HiBart and its contents, including the BART character, are owned by HiBart and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Subscription and Payments
Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 15-day free trial of HiBart Pro features. No payment is required during the trial.

Cancellation
You can cancel at any time via Apple Settings > Subscriptions. Cancel 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.

HIBART IS A PRODUCTIVITY TOOL, NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE.
HiBart is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including ADHD. AI suggestions are not professional advice.
